The Andromeda PE5 is a versatile base board equipped with a multitude of I/O interfaces for use with the Andromeda family of SoC modules, providing a head start for building custom SoC based hardware systems. The board is equally well suited for rapid prototyping and for building FPGA systems without designing custom hardware.

The Andromeda XZU65 system-on-chip (SoC) module combines high-end AMD Zynqâ„¢ Ultrascale+â„¢ MPSoC-series device with fast DDR4 ECC SDRAM, eMMC flash, dual parallel quad SPI flash, dual Gigabit Ethernet PHY, USB 3.0 and thus forms a complete and powerful embedded processing system. This module is suitable for high-speed applications and video applications thanks to the high number of transceivers, to the superior module connector performance and to the large bandwidth of the DDR channels.

The Mars ZX3 System-on-Module (SOM) / system-on-chip (SoC) module combines AMD Zynqâ„¢ 7020 All Programmable SoC device with fast DDR3 SDRAM, NAND flash, quad SPI flash, a Gigabit Ethernet PHY and an RTC and thus forms a complete and powerful embedded processing system.

The SO-DIMM form factor allows space-saving hardware designs as well as quick and simple integration of the module into the target application.
